Synopsis:

Review:

Addison is looking to make amends for a mistake she made five years ago. She has tried every way possible to get ahold of her ex, Rush, to say sorry, but fails every time. Now that he's a rock star of the tattoo and ink world, she tries to get his attention at a convention. What she doesn’t expect is to have to offer up her virgin skin in order to get it.

Rush wants nothing to do with the girl who ripped his heart out and stomped on it, but there she is—and she's offering her skin up to be inked by him. With no choice in what gets tattooed on it. A dangerous proposition for something that’s permanently going to be a part of her. Not to mention that giving Addison some pain of her own sounds right and might make him feel a little better, so how can he refuse? Except things don't go exactly as either of them planned.

Woo boy, First Ink was a scorcher. A surprisingly emotional panty scorcher. I loved that these two had so much history between them, so much pain and regret, and it was all tempered by fierce desire and undeniable chemistry. Plus, I happen to really like tattooed bad boys with dirty mouths and wicked hands. Rush is definitely all of that. Though this is a novella and fast paced, it never felt rushed or hurried along. And even though the end snuck up on me fairly quick, it was filled with enough super sexy times to be left satisfied.
