Synopsis:

Review:

Anna Moder, human and former doctor of the local werewolf pack just outside of Grundy, Alaska, is on the run. Since leaving Grundy, she’s been working crappy jobs because they don't require background checks. But she doesn’t really care where she works or where she lives—all she wants is to feel safe, as she hasn't felt safe in a long, long time.

But safe is the opposite of what she gets when leaving work one night. Instead, she ends up rescuing a man who was shot in the gut in a parking lot. A man who ends up being a werewolf. A very, very sexy werewolf.

Caleb Graham is not quite a legal bounty hunter. He spends his days traveling all over Alaska, finding people who don't want to be found. Grateful to Anna for her help, he offers to take her anywhere she wants to go, which ends up being Anchorage. But after getting to know (and smell) Anna, he’s not in any hurry to actually get her there.

Anna is a lovely heroine. I always love the humor Molly Harper gives to each character and Anna was no exception. She was relatable and funny, sweet and quirky—with a heaping helping of paranoia to boot. I loved her voice as our narrator.

Caleb... I don't think enough page time was dedicated to getting to know Caleb though. There was a definite lack of actual dialog between him and Anna. And most of what we know about him was through Anna and her thoughts. Which hindered the growing chemistry between them, for me. I wanted Caleb's character to have a more active role in their story. Which isn't to say there was no chemistry. I liked Caleb immensely. How can you not love a cuddling werewolf?

How To Run With A Naked Werewolf was cute, sweet, and laugh out loud funny. It was also surprisingly sensual. I enjoyed following Anna and Caleb as they traveled Alaska and caught bad guys and not-so-bad guys. My only complaint is that I would've liked more dialog, more showing and less telling.
